The breakfast had a wide selection and fresh omelettes made to order. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. I enjoyed the spacious room with a great city view. Daily room service brought complimentary water and treats. A pleasant stay for my family.

I stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed a complimentary upgrade upon check-in to a recently renovated room with a fantastic view of the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent, featuring freshly prepared items, and I appreciated that on days I had to leave early, the staff provided a packed breakfast. The on-site restaurant also offered well-priced meals and quality wine, enhancing my overall experience.

Some areas, like the shower, had cleanliness issues.

The staff was super accommodating when I needed a room change due to noise and they really went the extra mile. I loved the indoor pool and relaxing sauna after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, though, the hallways can get a bit loud at night. 😌

Beautiful views but service needs improvement

I recently stayed for three nights in a deluxe queen room with a stunning view of the city. The central location made exploring Zagreb easy, and I enjoyed the breakfast options which included various pastries and fresh fruit. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. it felt a bit outdated and could use a thorough cleaning, which impacted my overall comfort during the stay.

The modern design and spacious lobby made me feel at ease, complemented by the kind staff who quickly assisted with directions around the hotel. The breakfast dining area was particularly welcoming, with ample natural light and comfortable seating.

Room cleanliness could benefit from more attention.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic like a feast from royalty and everything was fresh and plentiful I mean you could find anything you wanted there including this amazing cacao drink that just blew my mind And the staff were friendly especially a waiter who went out of his way to make my kids laugh and feel special

I loved the lovely Malin+Goetz products in the bathroom and the delicious breakfast buffet. The comfortable bed made it hard to leave! I would definitely stay again!

The view from the restaurant was nice, and the food offered was good. The staff, especially in the restaurant and bar, were welcoming and friendly. I appreciated having two bakeries across from the hotel for breakfast.

The hotel felt overpriced for the quality. The carpets were dirty and needed repair. My room was on a lower floor than I was told, and there were several connectivity issues with the internet.

A few issues cropped up during my time here. The initial room wasn’t fully cleaned, so I had to switch to another that lacked a fully stocked mini bar and had missing items like slippers. Also, the air conditioning didn’t kick in until the official summer date, not aligned with actual temperatures, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable at times.

Comfortable stay with great breakfast

The check-in process was also frustrating, with long waits and confusion over room readiness. On a few occasions, noise from nearby rooms disrupted my sleep due to poor sound insulation. Overall, the location and staff made it enjoyable, but the room maintenance and check-in experience need significant improvement.
